OCCUPATIONAL HAZARD PREVENTION POLICY

ERGRANSA, S.A.’s Occupational Hazard Prevention policy is set on the basis that the life, physical safety and health of our workers are rights that must be constantly protected, as they are the main assets and the most important part of our company.

Therefore, ERGRANSA, S.A. strongly aims at following the principles set out below:

• ERGRANSA, S.A.’s management gives its full support and willingness to developing an effective prevention of occupational hazards.
• An open-social and interactive role is assumed by the company, in truly protecting and promoting labour health in the work place. It expressly encourages their staff members to get involved and take part in the prevention of occupational hazards, in laying down rules and ensuring their achievement.
• Ensuring the participation and information of all workers, observing their rights to be consulted in order to attain an ongoing improvement of the management system.
• Preventing occupational hazards by removing them at source, or minimising them when removal is not possible, seeking to warn workers and protect them against the consequences, as a last resort.
• Training is a basic element in the prevention of occupational hazards.
• Keeping working rules and procedures up to date and to ensure their observance.
• Monitoring and taking any steps that may be necessary for the protection and health of all of the company’s workers.
• Integrating our suppliers into our Occupational Hazard Prevention Policy.

As a result, THE PREVENTION OF OCCUPATIONAL HAZARDS will be an ongoing, fundamental goal for all our staff and we will take any necessary steps to protect workers’ health and safety.
